The Service provides general informational templates and AI-generated drafts. It does not constitute legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer admitted in your jurisdiction.

3. Your inputs and your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and confidentiality of any text or data you paste into the Service. Do not paste secrets, personal data, or privileged material you are not authorized to process.

4. AI output

Outputs are generated by software and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You must review every output with qualified counsel before relying on it. We disclaim all warranties that outputs are accurate, current, or fit for any particular purpose.

5. Acceptable use

You will not (a) reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law, (b) use the Service to generate unlawful content, (c) attempt to disrupt the Service, or (d) misrepresent the Service’s output as human-authored legal advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegalAIPay and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to USD 100.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
